Harold Landey has worked as a Certified Business Broker and intermediary for over 20 years. His concentration is on medium to large business opportunities.

As a Certified Business Broker, his functions include identifying medium to large businesses available for sale, managing and developing business profiles, including but not limited to recasting income statements and balance sheets, business evaluations, and packaging the businesses for acquisition and then taking the business to the market place. Developing and organizing a market strategy which is customized to that particular industry and acting as an intermediary to bring about a successful sale.

Harold has concentrated his efforts primarily in mergers and acquisitions. Sales have included manufacturing, retail, distribution, franchise organizations, software companies, fabricators and many more types of businesses.

Prior to mergers and acquisitions, Harold was a licensed Independent Securities Broker associated with a large NASD brokerage firm, specializing in the sale of limited partnership securities. For eighteen years prior to entering into the investment field, Harold worked within the plastic industry in sales and marketing, principally, in the manufacture of expanded polystyrene foam and blow molded products.
